Chris Johnstone is an author, trainer and coach for resilience, happiness and positive change. He is the author of Find Your Power – a toolkit for resilience and positive change and co-presenter of The Happiness Training Plan CD. In 2010, he was included in the Independent on Sunday’s Happy List, which identifies people making significant contributions to wellbeing in the UK. He joins us to present ideas about how to lead happy and fulfilling lives in these unsettling times of economic uncertainty and threats to the environment, drawing on his experience of the psychology of happiness and involvement with various initiatives including the Transition Network.
