Swap shop
This Saturday 9th April from 11am to 2pm - bring along any unwanted but usable items and/or take home someone else's.
The scrapstore will be open from 11am to 4pm, and we'll have the yummy cafe open too.
New art supplies
We've just received stocks of new wax crayons (jumbo and regular sizes), Reeves readymix tempera paint and glitter paint - they're all priced at below the recommended retail price, and even cheaper for members.
New stock
Different things come in almost every day, and if you're not using it and it's taking up space in your shed, garage, spare room etc., please consider bringing it long to us so that someone else can make good use of it.
A few things I've noticed on the shelves and lurking in the shadows include: lots of bits of fabric, old CDs, old tape cassettes, video cassettes and reel-to-reel tapes, lovely sepia tint Oxford cards (blank inside), envelopes, suede and leather offcuts, furry sheepskin offcuts, A4-ish sheets of tissue/tracing paper, rolls of roller blind and vertical blind fabric, plastic food trays, sticky white dots, odd bits of foam, recycling bins with lids, big rolls of aircraft seating fabric (blue and green), large rolls of shiny silver paper, and lots more, plus lots of books on various subjects in various languages - come along and have a browse.
A reminder
Please bring along any unwanted old buttons and keys for an art project - many thanks
