GreenTEA is celebrating Eynsham’s entry in Oxfordshire’s Big Carbon Challenge
Competition with an event to follow the Apple Festival in October, when nearly 400
people came. The idea this time is to help people save money and carbon - and the
Challenge is how to do it - and do it enjoyably.

So: there’s a Smarter Driving Course (most people find they save15% of their fuel,
about £250/yr for the average car). There’s an electric car, lots of demos, a seedling
& seeds exchange (bring any spare seeds or seedlings), a foraging walk - and a
bicycle repair workshop (bring your bike for repair). There’s games for children, and
tea, coffee and home-made cakes for everyone. All free.
