Coleshill CAG

Coleshill CAG were officially launched on April 5th 2003 with a 'Green Day'. All 68 households were given a free home composting bin ( fully funded by National Trust, Vale of White Horse and Oxfordshire County council )making it the first village to be fully 'green'. The day also had composting demos and waste awareness activities.

Coleshill CAG are currently focusing on the design and building of their Community Composting site.

Christmas tree shredding.

Coleshill CAG held a Christmas tree shredding event together with neighbouring Buscot CAG. A shredder was available for the community in the car park of their wonderful community shop. Because of the size of both Coleshill and Buscot it has been decided that these two CAGs should amalgamate.
