CLIMATE COLLECTIVE OXFORD
Education
The aim of the Climate Collective Oxford is to establish a Climate Emergency Centre in central Oxford where the general public will be welcomed to learn more about the climate and nature emergency and what they can do to help mitigate its effects and to adapt to its impacts.
The Centre will also be a focal point for community and climate groups based in the city and county to provide information, hold events and engage with the pubic and with other groups to build community cohesion and resilience.
The Centre will be a highly visible, open and inclusive space making climate action accessible to communities and individuals who are less aware of the issues we face or the support they can get from local groups and councils.
