Energy

Chiltern Hills Community Energy (CHCE) has been established to help address climate change by investing initially in the installation of solar PV panels on buildings in South Oxfordshire – principally within RG9. These will provide preferentially priced electricity to building users, and surplus income generated will be used to support grants for energy efficacy projects within the community. CHCE was established by Henley Town Council’s Climate Emergency 2030 Working Group as part of its initiatives to address the Council’s declaration of a climate emergency.
