Incredible Edible Hooky is run by a small but dedicated team, who would like to help to reduce the village's carbon footprint and to create a more sustainable future in the face of an ever increasing population and an unpredictable world. Phase 1 of the plan is to create raised beds in 3 village locations that will be used to produce herbs, fruit and vegetables for the local community all free of charge!
