Oxford Poetry Library is a pedal-powered mobile poetry library which aims to be a free and open resource of poetry for readers of all backgrounds, tastes, and ages. Our collection is currently housed at The Community Works in the heart of Oxford, where we also host exciting and accessible literacy workshops and events.

OUR MISSION
We strive to foster a growing community of readers, provide a platform for local writers to share their work, and to encourage the exploration and appreciation of poetry throughout Oxford.

COME FIND US!
We pop up all over the city, so visit our Hours & Locations page to find out when and where you can pay us a visit, browse our collection, and register as a borrower to start discovering new poetry! As well as our pop-up appearances, we also have regular opening hours at The Community Works at 21 Park End St (opposite the train station and Said Business School) where our full collection is housed.
