Shop Sustainably in Banbury (from Banbury CAG newsletter)

As the festive season approaches, the temptation for a consumerist blowout grows ever stronger. However, with £42 million worth of unwanted Christmas presents ending up in landfills each year, a gentle nudge to buy less is more than welcome.

Banbury CAG chair Jim has kindly created a directory of second-hand and zero-waste shops in Banbury. The guide includes an interactive map and asks the simple question: “Do you really need more stuff?” You can also download and print the flyer he created to help spread the word!
