The Role
The purpose of the role is to support a community of practice for groups working to support their communities with responses to extreme weather events, climate anxiety, and activities related to heat-safe homes, thanks to one-year funding from Oxfordshire County Council.
You'll get to work at the heart of a dynamic community-led organisation, working directly with groups taking grassroots climate action and tackling social and environmental issues. You will be a first point of contact for our vibrant network of groups across the county, meeting groups face to face when you can.Â
The role will increase the impact of the community action groups in our growing network and build the sustainability of our network as a whole through facilitating peer support, trainings and workshops, and other network events in partnership with the Oxfordshire County Council Climate Action team.Â
