We are really excited to invite our members and friends to the CAG Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on 26th July 6.30-9.00pm. We will be at The Old Fire Station (40 George Street Oxford OX1 2AQ), a seven to ten minute walk from the Oxford train station. This meeting is open to all CAG members. It is an important event for us to collectively decide how our network is run, to discuss and vote on motions and to elect members to the board. This is your chance to contribute .
Important: Each CAG will have one named 'representative' (if incorporated) or 'nominee' (if unincorporated) who can vote in the AGM. These will have been specified in your application forms. If the named representative or nominee cannot make it to the meeting, they can put forward another individual to vote on their behalf. Please let us know the names of your representatives or nominees (or substitute reps/nominees) in advance via the RSVP fom.
